Workplace Mediators
If you have over 5 years’ experience of mediating in the workplace using models of mediation focussed on the underlying needs of the individuals involved. Our preference is always for applicants to have had accredited training in these models of mediation.
Workplace Investigators
If your experience is over many years and dozens of cases then we may be interested in your skills and would love to talk to you, including if you have specialist niche experience in safeguarding, sexual or racial harassment.
