Thanks to modern technology, we can adapt to make use of a range of online video calling/ conferencing platforms. Our mediator will first make contact with each individual separately for a one to one conversation. This allows for an initial understanding and rapport to be built with the mediator.
Soon after, our mediator will schedule a joint session, where both parties can call in. During this meeting, we’ll facilitate communication on the needs-based level, enabling an improved understanding of each others’ difficulties, and progress towards actionable, positive solutions to all.
