Harassment mediation when conflict affects a whole team

Issues of harassment in the workplace can very often have a wider team impact. Colleagues are almost always impacted by a bad working relationship, on some level, even if it doesn’t obviously show. In such cases, the wider team tend to take views, form alliances and may get involved, leading to reduced productivity and further unwanted conflict.
